Suncraft Senzo Japanese

Suncraft Senzo Japanese

Blade: Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel
Handle: Magnolia wood
Bolster: Stainless steel

Who is looking for knives in a typical Japanese style should pay attention to the SENZO JAPANESE tool line . The knives in this series are made of high-carbon vanadium-molybdenum steel with a hardness of 58 HRC . Vanadium-molybdenum steel is even ideal for the production of knives - its use guarantees that the tool will remain sharp for a long time and will successfully serve us for many years.

Unlike many other SENZO product lines , the JAPANESE knife handles are not made of Pakkawood, but - curiosity - of typically Japanese magnolia wood. Thanks to this, the knives from this line have an intriguing, eastern design.

The series includes knives that will be useful in every Asian, but also European home: peeler, universal knife, chef's knife and bread knife as well as Santoku (two sizes), Sashimi (yanagiba) and Deba.
