Position 1 - coarse sharpening (two sharpening gaps for sharpening the knife from the left and right side)
Position 2 - fine sharpening (two sharpening gaps for polishing the knife blade on the left and right side)
1. Charge the device's battery using the power cord;
2. To turn the device on and off, press the switch on the device;
2. Place the handle side of the knife blade in the first sharpening gap and pull towards you without applying pressure to sharpen the right side of the knife blade. Repeat the same in the second gap to sharpen the left side of the blade.
3. To polish, pull the knife blade through the 3rd and 4th sharpening gap.
4. Turn off the device after sharpening.
