Tallinn Cutlery is a Japanese kitchen knife store. Our mission is to equip Estonian kitchens with high-quality and razor-sharp cutting tools. As food enthusiasts, we are convinced of the superior quality and excellent cutting performance of Japanese knives.
The variety of Japanese knife types is significantly broader than those typically used in European kitchens. These knives have proven themselves in the hands of Japanese chefs for centuries and are now also popular in kitchens across the USA and Europe. It is time to expand the choices available to Estonian cooking enthusiasts as well. Our store is located in Tallinn, Mustamäe tee 3A. We are open Mon–Fri 11:00–18:00. The online store is open 24/7.
In our shop you will find the largest selection of Japanese kitchen knives, known for their exceptional sharpness and reduced need for frequent sharpening. We also offer a range of Japanese kitchen accessories, knife sharpening and storage tools, as well as professional knife sharpening services.
All of our products are in stock and delivered to parcel lockers within Estonia in 1–2 business days. Delivery to parcel lockers is FREE for all orders, regardless of the order amount.
We represent several well-known knife manufacturers in Estonia and import most of our products directly from Japan. We are the exclusive representative in Estonia for several brands, including the Japanese kitchen knife and accessory producer Suncraft Co., Ltd. Our assortment also features the modern and innovative knife brand Samura, for which we also hold exclusive distribution rights in Estonia. As an importer and exclusive distributor, we are able to offer these brands for resale as well, and over the years we have established a solid reseller network.
In our blog, you will find articles about choosing kitchen knives, exploring different knife types, and practical guidance on sharpening and caring for your knives.
We hope you will find the right knife or accessory for yourself from our selection—one that will bring you joy in the kitchen for many years to come! Feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to talk about knives!
