The Nakiri type knife is designed for chopping vegetables. The wide blade ensures an even and stable chopping result in the form of vegetable cubes, strips or julienne sticks, and it is convenient to lift processed foods into the pot using the knife.


The blade is made of single layer AUS 8 steel, 59 HRC. The blade is characterized by good resistance to corrosion and wear.

The handle is made of durable and non-toxic white ABS material and is securely attached to the blade with three rivets.
