Manual knife sharpener with a diamond disc. Suitable for daily sharpening of Asian and European style knives with double-sided sharpening. The body is made of stainless steel and strong plastic. The sole is covered with non-slip material.
Position 1 (ASIAN) - Asian-style knife sharpening, sharpening angle approx. 15-17 degrees.
Position 2 (EUROPEAN/USA) - sharpening knives in European style, sharpening angle approx. 18-20 degrees
Position 3 (POLISHING) - removing unevenness from the cutting surface of sharpened knives and polishing the cutting surface of the blade.
