SUJIHIKI is an extremely sharp and thin slicing knife that allows you to cut thin slices of both processed meat and fish fillets. The long, thin blade allows for just one long, even cut. Due to the extreme sharpness, no force has to be applied when cutting, and the cut remains clean and visually flawless. Sujihiki is also suitable for cutting open soft and delicate foods, e.g. pâtés, terrines, spits, etc.

With Mcusta Zanmai knives, the handle design and processing technology deserve special attention - the traditional Japanese knife WA handle shape, technologies and components have been further developed in many ways, and in terms of the quality of the final finish, Mcusta knives can be safely considered among the absolute best in the world. Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame Damascus is made of 33-layer Damascus steel VG-10 (HRC 61). The blade has a beautiful damask pattern and the red boxwood handle is especially suitable for larger hands, it sits extremely comfortably in the hand. The multifunctional metal end of the handle is very suitable for crushing garlic cloves, for example.
