The "small santoku" chef's knife with a 135 mm blade is suitable as a universal work tool in the kitchen. The shape of the santoku blade is convenient, because thanks to the slightly wider heel part of the blade, this knife can also be successfully chopped on the work surface. It is very suitable for cutting, chopping meat, fish, vegetables and fruits and for slicing.
