A universal cutting tool known from Asian cuisine (China, Korea). The large rectangular blade can cut meat as well as fish and vegetables. A skilled user can use this knife to prepare an entire dish.

The blade is made of stainless steel with molybdenum and vanadium content (HRC 56 +/-1). The handle is made of wood.
