Also, when changing sharpening stones, the sharpening angle should remain the same, therefore, when changing stones, you should always use an angle meter. Place the angle meter on the designated platform on the sharpener and reset the indicator. Then place the angle gauge on the platform on the abrasive holder and adjust the correct sharpening angle in place.
