Benriner Jumbo is the wider version (12.5 cm) of the classic Japanese Benriner mandoline slicer.
It’s especially well-suited for slicing larger vegetables like cabbage, potatoes, or eggplant. The durable plastic frame and hand-sharpened stainless steel blade offer the same precision and sharpness Benriner is known for. Slice thickness is adjustable via the screw mechanism. The Jumbo model does not include julienne blades or a hand guard.
